Exhibitors are invited to giveaway and promote whatever they please inside of their booth space. There is to be absolutely no soliciting outside of their designated booth area. Show management reserves the right to dismiss any exhibitors who violate this rule.
Exhibitors can choose to either bring their own display and furniture, or hire a show contractor to handle assist and provide the materials. Each event has an official show contractor that can be found in the exhibitor manual or companies are welcome to hire an external provider.
Yes a 2,000,000 dollar liability insurance is required. Most companies simply need to request a certificate of insurance from their insurance company and have MPE added for the dates of the show and the Move-in/Move-out dates or (Option 2) you can also purchase insurance from our provider.
Security guards will be on 24-hour duty from the start of move-in until the end of move-out. Exhibitors are required to maintain staff within their booth during all show hours. To minimize the risk of theft, we suggest you keep your booth staffed until the aisles have been cleared of all attendees at the end of show days.
Exhibitors are reminded that Show Management does not assume any responsibility for losses; therefore,
exhibitors should take all reasonable precautions to protect their own property, including insurance. Show Management is not responsible for the loss of any item from an exhibitor’s booth, nor is the facility.
Exhibitors will have access to complimentary shared WIFI provided by the Mariners Center. The password will be provided at the exhibitor counter and in the exhibitor manual. Please note that the WIFI is for use for basic needs like email and viewing websites and will not be adequate for streaming or high bandwidth needs. You can order dedicated internet in the exhibitor manual.
Electrical power is NOT included and can be ordered through the exhibitor manual. Please note the manual will be emailed to all exhibitors and is made available 2-3 months prior to the event.
Yes forklift service up to 5,000 lbs for standards pallets and crates and storage are included. Please contact the show manager if your material is heavier or requires special lifting equipment.
No the Mariners Center does not have compressed air. Exhibitors can bring their own compressor but it must be very quiet (60 decibels or less). Please let the show manager know that you are planning on using a compressor in your booth.
We recommend to check with your shipper to confirm that your materials arrives on the proper date. You can also ship early to the advance warehouse but fees will apply.
Yes, carpet is included with your booth package.
You will find the link to register your staff in the exhibitor manual. IMPORTANT: Please ensure all staff names are submitted BEFOR the week of the show to ensure quick pick up on-site.
The exhibitor manual which will be available 2-3 months prior to the show and will be emailed to the point of contact listed on the booth registration.
