Direct To Show Shipments
For shipments arriving Wednesday, January 20th - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
All deliveries must be cosigned in the following manner:
Please Note: Shipments to the Mariner's Centre must be prepaid and scheduled to arrive no earlier than 9am, Wednesday January 20th. Collect shipments or those arriving prior to January 20th will not be accepted by facility staff.
Advance Warehouse Shipments
For shipments arriving Dec. 21, 2026 to Jan.18, 2027 (fees applicable).
Please complete the below order form, and reach out to Global Convention Services directly at info@globalconvention.ca to order this service and to receive the advanced warehousing address for your shipment. This service must be paid for directly to the supplier, and shipment will be held until payment is received.

As an exhibitor, you have a basic listing live on the website, and now you can Enhance It! This is included in the contracted space cost and is no additional charge.
You will receive an automated email providing a link to enhance your listing. This link gives you the flexibility to make updates and changes to your listing as frequently as you like.

SCAM WARNING
There have been a number of spam emails offering our attendee lists. These are scams and the senders are unauthorized to use the Marketplace Events’ name. These scammers are attempting to receive monies from exhibiting companies without providing anything in return. These emails are not approved by Marketplace Events, and Marketplace Events would never ask for bank information or other sensitive information over email.
